Hosted by MoSeeker, the “2021 MoMentum China Talent Momentum Conference” recently took place, gathering HR management leaders from more than 100 Fortune 500 companies and industry-leading enterprises such as Bosch, Yum China, Mars, Accenture, and many others.

Today, digitalization in human resources has infiltrated every aspect of HR management within enterprises, and an increasing number of HR technology products are emerging—prompting deep reflection among many CHROs.

The conference delved into more than a dozen hot topics, including talent attraction and empowerment under Internet strategies, journeys of HR digital innovation, and trends in personal information protection within mobile network applications.

Shi Lei, Director of the Chongming District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, remarked: “Human resources are the primary resource driving economic and social development. Effective HR management is vital to a company’s growth and development. With technological advancement, the form of HR management has changed significantly, incorporating digitalization, AI, and 5G technologies into HR processes. Advanced HR technologies play a positive role in the ‘Six Stabilities’ and ‘Six Protections’ work.”

In cooperation with AUCA—the American Universities’ China Association—the conference surveyed over 20,000 international students, releasing the “2021 China’s Most Attractive Employers for International Students” ranking.

MoSeeker founder and CEO Wang Xiangdao stated, “How to improve societal productivity and achieve smart matching between jobs and talent is critically important—this is something we’ve always been exploring.” He further believes, “For successful HR digital transformation, companies need strong internal advocates; having such advocates can make projects much more efficient and successful.”

During a roundtable on AI-enabled HR and recruitment, HR leaders shared many new perspectives about AI, agreeing that HR organizations increasingly need digital talent to drive greater efficiency and innovation throughout their teams.

In the new economy, HR development is becoming ever more intelligent, and employer branding is one of the hottest topics. Building a ‘future-oriented employer brand’ is an industry trend, and HR experts shared measures for optimizing and diversifying employer brands.

The inaugural “MoMentum China Talent Momentum Conference” marked a grand gathering of top minds in HR. Industry experts exchanged cutting-edge knowledge, experience, and ideas on talent innovation, setting even higher goals and expectations for future growth and long-term development.
