Beijing Daily | “Steel Forest” powered by tech innovation: Chaoyang AI agent innovation accelerator launched

Mar 4, 2025

Equipping teachers with “AI teaching assistants” and HR professionals with “AI assistants”—on February 24th, the Chaoyang AI Agent Innovation Accelerator was officially launched in Beijing, with eight AI agent-related companies from education, human resources, and other sectors signing agreements for intended accelerated incubation.

As a flagship platform in Zhongguancun Chaoyang Park focusing on AI agent technology R&D, achievement transformation, and enterprise incubation, the accelerator has already attracted over 30 startup companies interested in joining its fast-track growth program.

AI Entrepreneurs to Receive Targeted “Precision Irrigation”

Stepping out of Exit B of the Wangjing East station on Metro Line 14, you can access Jinhui Tower without even going outdoors. “Our Beijing team is mainly made up of AI technology experts, and we’re planning to move into the accelerator for our new office soon,” said Tian Ruixiong, partner at MoSeeker, at the AI Agent Innovation Accelerator on the 32nd floor of the tower.

Founded 12 years ago, MoSeeker has in recent years made it a core mission—led by Tian Ruixiong’s team—to empower HR professionals through AI technologies: “Our HR department receives hundreds or even thousands of resumes, and with the help of our ‘AI Assistant,’ resumes matching job requirements can be screened out in just one or two seconds. Before hiring managers meet candidates face-to-face, our ‘AI Interviewer’ can conduct preliminary assessments using algorithms.”

A Tsinghua University graduate, Tian Ruixiong recalls that when the startup first began, the team worked out of a residential building near Beijing’s Wudaokou. As business in Shanghai grew, the team relocated the company there in 2016, but Beijing has always remained the “AI headquarters.” Now, Tian Ruixiong is accelerating plans to expand back into Beijing: “We hope to seize the wave of AI applications, spark more new opportunities, and use the accelerator to build connections and gain more enterprise clients, further growing our presence in Beijing.” Currently, nearly half of the global top 10 companies in industries including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, cosmetics, and food are MoSeeker’s clients.

It is reported that the accelerator will operate through a fully market-oriented mechanism, attracting winners of renowned technology innovation competitions, projects invested by top-tier investment institutions, and science-driven startups founded by scientists aged 30 to 45, with the aim of accelerating the growth of high-potential enterprises in niche sectors.

Lou Yixiang, Director of Zhongguancun Chaoyang Park Administration Committee, stated that Chaoyang District, as a powerhouse of the capital’s economy and a frontier of scientific innovation, boasts rich innovation resources, a complete industrial ecosystem, broad application scenarios, and a wealth of highly qualified talent, giving it clear advantages in developing the artificial intelligence sector. Currently, AI enterprises in Chaoyang District number over 500—accounting for a quarter of the city total—and span the entire chain from intelligent technology R&D to scenario applications and ecosystem services.
