The entertainment group faces ongoing demand to recruit large numbers of frontline employees to work in the park. The resort follows a unique process: initial screening of candidates is followed by centralized group interviews held weekly—interviewing large batches of candidates at specified times and locations:

  • Due to a significant gap between labor supply and demand, recruiters aim to attract as many candidates as possible for screening;
  • Scheduling interview times and locations for a huge number of candidates is extremely labor-intensive. Candidates must also complete a preliminary Q&A round before the group interview, which requires technical support;

Using the online Q&A system, HR can easily customize screening questions for candidates to complete on their own, simplifying the initial screening process. The automated interview scheduling system sends out invitations, allowing candidates to select their own time slots; this supports cyclical bookings and meets the needs of regular group interviews.
