Leveraging MoSeeker TRM, we built a digital candidate management system for bioMérieux to store, search, manage, and activate potential talent. Using the intelligent tagging feature, candidates are labeled across multiple dimensions—such as previous positions, employers, academic majors, and more—enabling targeted and precise talent search and screening. Candidates from various recruitment portals and channels are organized into different talent pools according to these tags, allowing fine-grained control and advanced, multi-condition filtering. AI capabilities further enhance talent matching. Core features include:

Since launching the talent pool, bioMérieux has achieved significant results in HR screening and management. By flexibly combining smart and manual tags, the company quickly identified more than 70% of qualified candidates from the talent pool for further assessment and review.
