Jun 4, 2025

On May 29, a delegation of 20 young representatives from major Brazilian political parties, organized by the Shanghai Youth League School, visited the Shanghai headquarters of MoSeeker Network Technology, a leading company in China’s HR technology industry. The purpose of the visit was to conduct research and exchange ideas, as well as to gain a comprehensive understanding of MoSeeker’s business landscape and innovative practices in digital recruitment, while experiencing the working environment firsthand.

MoSeeker’s CFO, Qian Xiaoyun, led the management team in welcoming the delegation. Qian first guided the Brazilian youth representatives on a tour of the office, briefly introducing the company’s overview and development history. Founded in 2014, MoSeeker empowers the entire recruitment process with AI technology and has served thousands of enterprises across various sectors, including over 100 Fortune Global 500 companies.

During the subsequent presentation and Q&A session, Qian provided an in-depth introduction to MoSeeker’s main digital products and solutions, emphasizing how advanced AI technologies help companies hire better, faster, and more cost-effectively. Solutions such as AI-powered interviews, intelligent chatbots, automated resume parsing, and candidate-job matching assessments can all deliver significant cost savings and efficiency gains for organizations.

MoSeeker’s exploration and practice in the AI field were unanimously recognized by the visiting delegation, with particular attention paid to the independently developed AI interview technology. MoSeeker’s AI interviews have already been implemented in various sectors including retail, beauty, and education, and are especially well-suited to campus recruitment scenarios—helping employers boost the efficiency of large-scale preliminary talent screening and reduce labor costs, allowing HR teams to focus more on the mid-to-late recruitment stages for deeper candidate evaluation. The atmosphere was lively, as Brazilian youth representatives raised a series of questions about real-world applications of AI interviews, deepening their understanding of this innovative solution.

HR technology has become a vital part of business competitiveness not only in China, but around the world. This visit gave the Brazilian youth delegation front-row exposure to the cutting edge of digital recruitment transformation, and provided firsthand insight into the vibrancy of Chinese tech companies. Both sides expressed the desire to continue strengthening cooperation and look forward to further exchanges and discussions in the future. MoSeeker will persist on its path of “AI+HR,” contributing to the digital transformation of workplaces in China, Brazil, and other emerging markets.
