Xinmin Weekly | Agents are comprehensively transforming talent recruitment methods

Dec 21, 2025

Shanghai Disneyland employs more than 10,000 staff members, and with the added demands of turnover, the HR department would need to devote enormous resources to recruitment under traditional work models. Now, however, thanks to AI-powered recruitment systems and the growing adoption of “intelligent recruiting agents,” much of the tedious work has been handled by these smart tools, significantly reducing the workload and stress for HR professionals.

Similarly, when an international educational institution needs to open a new school, how can it recruit top teaching talent from around the world? Through “intelligent recruiting agents,” which serve as virtual interviewers available 24/7, the HR team can manage a large volume of online recruitment tasks. These agents can not only assist with hiring teachers but also play a vital role in worldwide student enrollment.

These two examples are not hypothetical; they are scenarios already realized within the HR industry.

“How does AI identify true talent?”
“How can localization be achieved in recruitment systems for multinational companies?”
“How will the role of HR evolve as intelligent tools mature?”

On December 19, 2025, at the 5th MOMENTUM China Talent Potential Conference hosted by MoSeeker, professors and HR executives from over a hundred leading global enterprises and universities—including Goodyear, Ant Group, CBRE, Infineon Technologies, KONE, Rockwell Automation, Novartis, Airbus, HEC Paris, NYU Shanghai, and Treasury Wine Estates—came together to discuss the current landscape, future development, and transformative trends of China’s talent potential from diverse perspectives.

Wang Xiangdao, Founder and CEO of MoSeeker, delivered an in-depth presentation titled “A New Methodology for the Future of Work.” He explained that after years of development, MoSeeker has shifted from a “Mobile First” approach to an “AI First” strategy, leading the AI revolution and empowering multinational companies across various industries to efficiently manage large-scale recruitment.

He emphasized that the localization of recruitment systems for foreign enterprises has become an irreversible trend. Wang elaborated on the end-to-end recruitment process offered by MoSeeker and its specific applications for different clients, as well as the practical use of AI interview agents in conducting interviews.

Dr. Tian Ruixiong, Co-founder and Head of AI Innovation at MoSeeker, gave a detailed presentation on MoSeeker’s recruiting agent MoAgent and its performance in resume processing and AI-powered interviews. These autonomous intelligent agents have strongly advanced recruitment work, significantly improving both efficiency and accuracy.

At the conference, industry experts including Ma Nuo, Vice President of HR for Goodyear Asia Pacific; Dr. Li Xitong, Professor of Information Technology Management at HEC Paris; Yang Tao, Senior Specialist in Organization and Talent Development at Ant Group; Jennifer Gou, Head of People for CBRE China; and Ma Chen, Director Public Affairs Asia for Treasury Wine Estates, shared their insights on the future evolution of the human resources industry from their respective professional fields.

During three panel discussions, the guests engaged in lively conversations on various topics, sparking further exploration and thought.

The MOMENTUM China Talent Potential Conference not only provided a platform for HR professionals from diverse industries to exchange ideas and challenge perspectives, but also offered valuable guidance and direction for building and developing talent potential in the future.
