The role will carry out negotiations and contract for cross segment, cross regional spend in defined Digital technologies categories. The role's scope will allow the category teams to focus on the most strategic activities. The sourcing of this spend will be aligned to the defined category strategies.

What are we looking for?

•Bachelor degree in business, supply, procurement or related field

•Fluent in English

Ideally tech savvy, with a strong desire to learn.

•Must be a team player who executes with a sense of urgency.

•>3 years of procurement experience, with good stakeholder interaction skills Would be a great stepping stone for a high quality Procurement Operations Associate

•Previous contracting experience preferable but not required for the right candidate

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Provide operational activities to the sourcing and requisitioning process:

•Negotiating Technology Software, Hardware and Services contracts on behalf of Mars Digital Technologies organization-cross regional

•Contracting to be aligned to category strategies managed by the Digital Technologies Commercial team

•Provide the first line of escalation on issues between suppliers and the business - cross regional

•Conduct negotiations and supplier relationship management for in scope DT categories and spend thresholds for requisitions -cross regional

•Secures price, capacity & service levels in line with commitments to the business.

•Ensures effective risk management of the supply base, through robust contracts and monitoring of financial and other KPls. lmplements corrective actions as appropriate.

•Establishes & maintains relationships with key stakeholders and their teams to ensure understanding of their needs and to facilitate the appropriate level of challenge - cross regional

•complies with policies, systems & controls

•Communicates business risk & opportunity.

2.Provide support to key stakeholders:

•Provide support to Buyers & requisitioners, other GS departments and stakeholders

•Collaborate with business stakeholders on cross regional level on defining, business requirements to be incorporated into SOWs

•Be an extended member of the DT Commercial team

3.Participate in providing continuous improvement:

•Provide insights to category team regarding supplier performance and opportunities within ad hoc purchasing trends

•Collaborate with MCS S2P managers, content team and category managers to develop optimal buying channels to transact with supply base

•Identify system process lmprovements with systems and process for FE assessment
