•Collaborate with sales and marketing to gather judgmental input on future sales (detailed forecasts), and validate demand planning on SKU/CSO/warehouse level

•Execute demand planning consists of standard demand, phase-in/ phase-out, promotions, cannibalization effect, etc.

•Day-to-day operational supply control from supplier to local warehouse and regular exchange with suppliers

•Take actions in case of supply issues (e.g. transportation delay) in collaboration with physical distribution

•Monitor stock availability and inventory structure, ensure correct inventory level in warehouse

•Planning master data and parameter setting (incl. planning strategy, rounding, MOQ etc..)

•Continuously work to improve demand planning forecast accuracy, improve stock availability and reduce overstock

•Bachelor degree or above

•3-5 years working experience

•Good knowledge in supply chain planning and S&OP process

•Strong communication skill and analytical skills

•Familiar with OFFICE suite and ERP system (SAP preferred)

•Internationally minded, fluent in English a must, Russian or Kazakh preferred
