2)Collaborate with Japan headquarter in defining franchise JTBD, mix craftsmanship, and deciding product 6p relevant to local market

3)Deliver communication message and assets to local market

4)Regular business tracking and review for tangible actions in business improvement

2. Integrated communication campaign:

1)Understand campaign objective/strategy/ cadence

2)Execute with integrated knowledge in digital/ social/ ec/ tmkt/ crm/ pr/ vmd/ training

3)Clearly review and proactively optimize with growth mindset

Competency / 能力

-Product marketing, Integrated communication campaign experience

-Strong project management and campaign management skill, multi-task management, learning agility, business rigorous.

-Strategic thinking with can-do attitude, excellent influence skill and people management skill

-Influent in English and Chinese, oral and written

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc. / 资格证书・学历・经验等

-Bachelor degree or above

-5 years working experience in marketing/communication related background

-Proficient in English (verbal/ written) and Microsoft office

Other Requirements / 其他要求

-Solid experience on leading product campaign from ideation to deployment

-Strong understanding of product marketing and consumer behavior

- Prestige cosmetic experience is a plus.

-Digital relevant experience is a plus
