-Collaborate with Japan HQ in defining franchise JTBD, mix craftsmanship, and deciding product 6p relevant to local market.
-Deliver product positioning/POD/consumer insight/TA/communication message to local market.
-Lead creative agencies to develop local core assets to support local market needs.
-Regular business tracking and review for tangible actions in business improvement.
-IMC campaign strategy, plan, and execution.
-Budget control and management.

-Deep analysis on key social platform: Douyin/Red/WeChat to deliver innovative idea and strategy, to improve investment efficiency and business growth.

5+ years’ experience in product management from international cosmetics/beauty or FMCG industries. Make-up background preferred. Manager or above
Bachelor degree above, marketing or business major is preferred
Fluent in both Oral and written English. CET-6, TEM 4, TEM8
Good skills to use Microsoft OFFICE software
