< Key responsibilities>

• Indicator System: Lead the enhancement of operational analysis indicators, data monitoring systems. Analyze sales performance and market trends, identify key drivers, decipher underlying business insights, and provide data-driven support for strategic decision-making.

• Objective Management: Conduct in-depth analyses of business performance and market trends to identify opportunities. Organize and present consolidated reports and strategic insights regularly both for top management, brand teams and field sales. Support in setting, tracking, and reviewing sales target, key products, and profit performance.

• Strategic proposal: Combining business analysis, market trends, and competitor movements, explore business growth opportunities from the dimensions of channels, brand matrix, categories, operating models, etc., and assist in strategic proposals.

• Key Projects: Provide analytical support for key initiatives such as sales growth in specific stores or regions. Assist in devising and executing strategies crucial for project success.

• System Implementation: Collaborate with internal and external teams to refine data requirements and establish data operation platforms and DX.

• Team Leadership: Drive team development initiatives to achieve superior business outcomes and foster career growth opportunities for team members.

Competency / 能力

• Experienced in business analysis with key actions, can interpret the underlying reasons and trends behind key data.

• Strategic and logical thinking capabilities.

• Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions is required.

• Great understanding of market trends/changes in China.

• With strong entrepreneurial ownership. Proved experienced leadership, been a leader of at least 2 team members.

• Think big/Take risks/Hands on is key essential attitude (must to have).

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc. / 资格证书・学历・经验等

• Experienced with working under strategy or business analysis at least recent 3 years in China.

• Working experience in global consulting company is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree above, MBA education is a plus.

• Fluent in both oral and written English.

• Great skills to use Microsoft OFFICE software.
