Position Summary

This position contributes to proper and effective accounting and reporting, ensuring adherence to internal processes, IFRS, PRC GAAP, tax law and regulations, as well as assisting in developing and maintaining effective internal control.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervises and coordinates the maintenance of general ledger and financial statement, including preparing journal entries, accounts analysis and closing books monthly.

- Supervises and coordinates the maintenance of SAP master data.

- Prepare and analyze the financial statement at the statutory level for all the companies in the Group, ensuring adherence to IFRS, PRC GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.

- Prepare reports on various reconciliations, to monitor the accounting cycle, and identify trends to improve the process.

- Stay up to date on accounting standards, tax laws and regulatory changes. Assist to develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Assist with consolidating financial reporting to senior management, the Board of Directors and other investor-related requests.

- Assist in developing and maintaining effective internal control to safeguard assets, accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with laws & regulations and effective operations.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance.

7+ years’ of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting.

CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

Experience in pharmaceutical companies or healthcare companies is a plus.

A “Strong” team player, result-driven and detail-oriented.

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficient in SAP.
