In your new role you will:

1. Handle SAP registration and support CQM on FAR case. closure for customer FARs

2. Arrange FA sample delivery; monitoring the status

3. Support the QSC (Quality Service Center) related activities

4. Follow up FAR handling progress and TAT until completion

5. Once receiving final FA reports, do result validation with team members

6. Dispatch FA reports to corresponding customers after result validation is done

7. Support the admin related activities

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Present at least 4 days per week

2. Internship can maintain about 6 months

3. Ability to work independently

4. Ability to read and write in English

5. Attention to details
