1. Identify customer training requirements and deliver customer training
2. Coach customers and share knowledge (education)
3. Identify and resolve customer pain points (troubleshooting)
4. Replenish and control customer inventory
5. Build image and brand in eyes of customer
6. “Sell” or reinforce Abbott’s total solution value offering
7. Collect and transmit VOC (Voice of Customer)
8. Contact distributor for certain business opportunity
9. Manage VPT process for new instrument opportunity (Value Expansion).
10. Renewals of most of the assigned accounts (adhering to standard renewals procedures)
11. Menu expansion (utilization of existing products; new product launches)
12. Service sales
13. Product promotion
14. Forecast and Order management
15. Identify/open door for opportunity to expand offering into other departments (prospecting, not doing)
16. Spare parts management
17. New assay applications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
1.Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory/Bio Medical / Engineering /Medical or Commercial is preferred.
