Sales plan formulation: Develop offline sales plans based on market demand and objectives, including sales targets, strategies, and action plans.
Channel management: Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of offline sales channels, and establish good cooperative relationships with distributors, retailers, etc.
Market research: Collect market information, analyze competitors and industry trends, and provide a strong basis for the sales and VMD display plan
Sales data analysis: Regularly analyze sales data, evaluate the implementation effect of the sales plan, and make improvement suggestions.
Teamwork: Work closely with the sales team, coordinate resources from various departments, and ensure the smooth implementation of the sales plan.
Budget management: Assist in the preparation of the sales budget, control the sales cost, and ensure the achievement of budget goals.
Report writing: Regularly write sales plan reports and report the progress of the work and performance to the superior leadership.
Competency / 能力
• Bachelor or above, marketing, business management, and other related majors are preferred.
• Familiar with sales channels and market operating mechanisms.
• Have good data analysis and report writing skills.
• Have strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Have a sense of responsibility and the ability to resist pressure, and be able to adapt to business trip

• 2~3 years cosmetics brand sales or operation planning experience
• Strong data analysis ability

• Fluent English, Japanese is a plus
