< Key responsibilities>

• In charge of overall project management for New Business Design and Brand Localization to successful AQL launch

1. Consumer side, to capture China local consumer insights, market dynamics, category trends and guide into product design and brand localization

2. Business side, set up suitable business scheme to define appropriate operating model along value chain, build up and validate business case across different scenarios (incl. local production)

3. Product side, to work with CIC/brand team on new product concept incl. new ingredient/ technology for local HP registration

4. Coordinate various stakeholders to ensure fluent and on time execution

• Take lead in innovative marketing initiatives and strategic projects as requested

1. Propose new way of marketing approach with improved consumer experiences

2. Support brands on pilot execution and potential roll out

• Support on other corporate level, division level and brand level strategic and transformational projects e.g. brand repositioning, market opportunities, etc.

• Strategy Senior Manager / Brand Senior Manager

1. Over 3 years working experience, consultancy/in-house strategy is a must, with consumer goods industry experience

2. Have led cross-function projects from planning to execution

3. Proven leadership, direct report(s) is a plus

4. Bachelor’s degree above from top universities, oversea experience is preferredExperienced and proven track record of developing brand strategy and marketing strategy with key initiatives

5. Sensitive to market trends and be able to look forward to assess the impact to business

6. With strong entrepreneurial ownership, able to drive cross-function initiatives with great interpersonal skills and leadership

7. Demonstrates innovative and open mindset, and the ability to translate consumer insights into new business proposal

8. Strong interests and passions on cosmetics business

9. Can-do mindset/Hands on/Collaborative is key essential attitude (must have)
