1. Understanding client’s business need and assisting Director to proactively identify syndication sales opportunity.

了解客户业务需求情况的同时协助总监发现银团业务牵头筹组机会。

2. Cooperate with the Coverage team to prepare the syndication deal package & relevant bank meeting execution issue.

协同客户经理团队完成银团项目资料以及相应银团会召开筹备事项。

3. Follow up with potential participating banks’ questions & enquiries regarding on this deal so as to expedite their facility application process.

跟进意向银行同业的问题及需求，以加速推进其内部审批流程。

4. Initiating credit structuring including analyzing clients’ financial performance, constructing financial model, and capable of underwriting a credit package; Completing lending execution process such as preparing credit recommendation and other condition precedent files preparation;

组织发起信贷业务申请，分析财务报表，构建财务模型以及能够撰写贷款审批文件；完成贷款审批执行流程包括准备信用推荐以及先决条件文本；

5. Independently proceeding in post-loan management such as preparing regular portfolio review report and analysis financial performance communicating covenant defaults in a timely manner;

独立处理完成贷后管理工作，比如贷后定期审查，分析借款人的财务业绩和贷款约定遵守情况；

6. Handling other operation routines and supporting senior relationship managers in forming some special projects;

处理其他日常流程事务，并支持上级其他特别项目筹组准备工作；

7. Adherence to Bank sales and credit practice, procedure and compliance requirements;

遵循银行对于销售、信贷的标准、流程并满足合规要求；

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

拥有学士学位或以上学历, 金融、会计或经济学方面教育背景的优先考虑。

2. 5-7 years of commercial banking or related experience.

3. A thorough knowledge of commercial banking operations and products, especially exposure to syndication related experience is highly desirable.

4. Financial analysis/ modeling skills.

5. Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

6. Good in English; both written and oral.
