1. Assist Major Relationship Managers to maintain and strengthen the relationships with TOP PE/VC clients.

2. Understanding PE/VC client’s business need and proactively identify sales opportunity, including cash and credit product requirements; as well as contacting PE/VC clients directly to resolve cross-border business, credit and compliance related questions and inquiries.

深入了解PEVC客户业务需求情况的同时发现银行业务机会，包括存款、信贷等需求；并将直接应对PE/VC客户并解答其跨境业务、信贷以及合规相关的问题和咨询。

3. Assisting or independently handling client on boarding, including due diligence, ReKYC and etc.

配合或独立完成PE/VC客户准入，包括开户尽调及定期REKYC等。

4. Assisting Fund product sales, including Cross-border business (ODI&FDI), asset management and other fund service.

协助完成PE/VC客户的跨境业务（ODI & FDI）、资金管理业务及其它基金业务等产品销售等。

5. Initiating credit structuring including monitoring and analyzing PE/VC clients’ financial performance, constructing financial model and etc.; completing lending execution process and managing post-loan. Adherence to Bank sales and credit practice, procedure and compliance requirements.

执行PE/VC客户信贷产品设计所需的分析财务报表，构建财务模型等业务；协助完成贷款执行的流程及进行贷后管理。遵循银行对于客户营销、信贷的标准、流程并满足合规要求。

1. 5+ years of banking experience in relationship management, familiar with VC/PE or related fields；Strong financial analysis/modeling skills.

5年或以上银行客户关系管理经验，了解PE/VC相关领域、财务分析以及搭建财务模型的能力。

2. Able to demonstrate the ability to potentially cross-sell a broad range of products and services as this is required for career progression.

3. Bachelor degree or above. preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

拥有学士学位及以上学历。金融、会计或经济学背景的优先考虑。

4. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

5. Good in English; both written and oral.
