•Lead design-field-analysis-interpretation of all product competitive consumer & sensory research for APAC Foods and Beverage categories
•Build and manage competitive research Learning Plans, incl. project timeline to fit business needs.
•Lead design-field-analysis-interpretation of all PQBs & CQAs for R&D Scorecard implementation in APAC
•Work with designated field agencies to coordinate CQA and PQB field testing and reporting according to globally agreed R&D Scorecard planning.
•Establish and nurture key partnerships with local Quality Sector representatives for (
1) sampling, Reference & cadence decisions. (
2) successful integration of consumer competitive assessments with other relevant metrics (production, trade, complaints, share...)
•Coordinate with Global Sensory Operations (global trained panel ecosystem) for Sensory testing needs
•BS Degree in a scientific discipline
•5+ years previous experience in a sensory & consumer research/insights role
•Deep knowledge and expertise in both Sensory and Consumer methods, especially strong background in Quantitative research methods
•Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information.
•Knowledge of statistical analysis methods - Working knowledge of sensory and statistical analysis programs (e.g., XLStat, EQ from Logic
8)
•Strong IT skills, able to learn new systems quickly and to apply them in a fast-moving business environment
•Deep understanding of innovation process and how Sensory & Consumer EXPerience fits in
•English proficiency
