1. Experience in DB equipment to fulfill capacity and quality requirement;
具有DB（固晶机）设备经验，使产线设备满足产量和质量要求；
2.Manage equipment documentation to standardize business guidance for regular maintenance;管理设备的文件化以规范和指导设备的日常维护工作；
3.Responsible for organizing the preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance and machine overhaul;负责组织预防性维护和机器大修的准备和实施;
4. Responsible for spare part inventory and maintenance cost management;
负责备件库存和维护成本管理;
5.Responsible for the investigation, analysis, treatment and reporting of equipment accidents and quality cases;
负责设备事故和质量案件的调查、分析、处理和报告;
6.Lead team continuously monitor and improve equipment performance (OEE/MTBF/MTBA etc.) and technician productivity;
带领团队持续监控并改善设备性能(OEE/MTBF/MTBA等)以及技术员生产力；
7. May liaise with and conduct training for the Technology Transfer and Production Groups on new equipment and associated processes
联络协调并组织针对新设备及其相关工艺的技术引进、产品转移而进行培训;
8.Responsible for overall maintenance EHS to fulfill EHS system requirement;
负责整体设备维护的环境健康安全以达到EHS体系的要求；
9.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;
上级主管安排的其他任务；
职位要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above; 本科学历及以上；
2.5+ years semiconductor equipment maintenance related working
5年以上相关半导体设备维护工作经验；
3.Major in electronics, mechatronics, automation etc.; 电子，机械，自动化等专业；
4.Familiar with the IATF16949 / ISO14001 requirement; 熟悉IATF16949 / ISO14001要求；
5.Good team and project management, capacity extension or equipment transfer project experience is preferred
有良好的团队和项目管理，产能扩充或者设备转移项目经验优先；
6.Good skill on English, office software and reporting. 有良好的英语，会使用常用办公软件以及良好的报告能力；
7.Good communication skill with other departments or plants; 有良好的部门间或者工厂间的沟通能力；
8.Can work under pressure 能适应在压力下工作；
