1. Channel Strategy Planning: Develop a clear channel strategy and comprehensive business plan to hit those goals, implement test and learn the system to identify critical sales drivers per channel, identify all opportunities on partner sites to the brand;
2. Achieving Sales Target: Develop, implement, and drive strategic business plans by establishing targets, goals, and objectives and managing business performance to achieve objectives across brands for online channels.
3. Site Merchandising & Marketing: Oversee wholesale accounts, e-commerce merchandising, and collaboration with cross-function to increase sales on channel sites (Tmall/ Tmall Global/ JD/ Douyin). Ensure all site content updates to support marketing calendar initiatives, product launches, and promotions. Manage and execute account-specific site promotions (i.e., GWPs, sampling, CRM programs) to maximize exposure and business.
4. People Management: Internally, candidates need to take full responsibility for the SHISEIDO ec team, responsible for the division of labor and assessment of the team, external management of TP, and ensure that the group cooperates to deliver results.
1.Competency / 能力:
1) Strong communication skills, good command of English
2) Basic technical knowledge with EC related apps and platforms
3) Can work across teams and adapt well in a fast-paced moving environment
2.Qualification, Education, Experiences, etc. / 资格证书・学历・经验等:
1) Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 5 years' substantial EC experience, extensive knowledge of digital media, and retail marketing.
