职位描述

•The role acts as a program champion and makes sure the essential metrics of the C&E program are tracked and managed. By this tracking activity, C&E ensures that the red flags indicating flaws or bottlenecks in the processes are identified and necessary actions are taken. The role identifies issues and creates suggestions of follow up or necessary actions for the Sector C&E directors (both LG

1).

•The role analyses the speak up data to identify the trends and issues apparent from case types and numbers, in addition to the closure dates. The analysis is used to alert the relevant BU C&E officers and CECs to address issues without delay.

•The role has a key responsibility during Code month for organising, and tracking the training and coordinating relevant stakeholders in the two sectors. This role is the single point of contact for the corporate C&E training team to ensure the smooth alignment of all stakeholders in the sectors.

•The role keeps up to speed with all C&E program parts, and is ready to backfill or support the BU teams in the absence of the analysts in the other BUs. This flexibility enables C&E to maintain business continuity when there are staffing issues.

•The role will lead the disclosure process for the Sector, it will also assist in conducting Speak Up investigations and report writing, conduct a monthly audit of the Routine Speak Up reports from all APAC Regions.

•The role will also implement tools and scorecards to improve the efficiency of the C&E function, such as reducing average days to close Speak Up cases.

•The role will liaise with Corporate Head Office on technical issues relating to the Speak Up line and case management system, as well as other areas of the C&E program.

•Use Robotic Process Automation and Power BI to help AMESA and APAC C&E BU officers to focus on their priorities (Aging Speak Up reminder), to create efficiency for AMESA and APAC C&E Sector team's daily work by using Robotic Process Automation and Power BI (Quarter End Timeline Reminder & Quarter End PSV Update).

•Create efficiency for AMESA and APAC C&E analysts' daily work by using Robotic Process Automation and Power BI (Training Tracker for ABAC Training/C&E Training/Investigation Training).

•Collaborate with AMESA and APAC C&E analysts to work on Sector project (BU CEC Dashboard).

任职条件

•Previous experience (4+ years) in compliance/legal work. Finance/audit background or an HR/Paralegal role a plus.

•Highly organised with demonstrable experience of effectively working under pressure and to tight timelines

•Previous experience of training and case management would be beneficial

•Excellent Microsoft application skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word

•First-class presentation skills
