Purpose of the Position (Output) /职务目的
1.To work closely with cross function team for better demand planning to fulfill internal sales target
2.To manage and control inventory level to balance OOS and excess(improve sales forecast accuracy and efficiency)
3.To optimize supply chain process and procedures to ensure timely warehousing
Key Responsibilities (Process) / 主要职责・职务内容
1.Responsible for demand planning for several brands. Maintain and update master data. The system maintains an 18-month operational forecast by SKU. Check the purchase order with the head office. Track shipping schedule. Manage new product launches and last orders.
2.Perform inventory management, ordering, forecasting, and create various reports according to our internal business flow.
3.Deal with all kinds of unexpected problems in import/production process
4.Organize and lead monthly SCM Meeting with Brand team and RA team to share up-to-date information such as registration progress, launch time, promotion, stock situation, etc.
5.In the process of building a new business model related to demand planning, involved in the transition to the new business model.
6.Support demand planning managers to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirement (Input) / 职位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.1+ years of experience as a demand planner in a consumer goods company.
3.Logical thinking and strong data sensitivity.
4.Basic knowledge of SAP and other systems.
5.Familiar with S&OP and other internal and external collaborative processes.
6.Good computer skills, especially for Excel.
7.Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
8.Fluent in English (both oral & written).
