NEW CLAIMS FOR EXISTING PRODUCTS
In collaboration with regulatory team,
ü Feasibility analysis : analyze the existing data and define the need gap according to the request.
ü If new studies are needed, design and manage the new studies to engage in compliance with CSAR
ü Define the validated claims and present the results to the marketing.
ü Update of Efficacy abstract
ü Coordination of all the actions (sample preparation…) and follow up of the timing.
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
ü Claims feasibility analysis before Go project
ü Clinical studies (design of the studies, preparation of protocols, planification and monitoring with CRO, results presentation)– c
ü Reporting to the Project manager in France (cost/quality/timing)
Experience / skills:
≥6 to years-8 year’s experience
•With at least 4/5 years of product efficacy evaluation experience and/or scientific valorisation/communication of scalp/hair products
•Familiar with hair/scalp care evaluation and visualization methods and able to propose appropriate and innovative study/demonstration.
•With project management experience and skills, communicate with cross functional team (internal and external stakeholders) to propose valorization and claim plan.
•Familiar with market and competitors and evaluation expertise.
•Be fluent and efficient in communication with cross-functional team to understand the needs from marketing precisely and able to transfer to practical proposal.
•Be familiar with and understand CSAR
