1. Make DY channel strategy and KEY KPI setting, can find new business opportunity.
2. Yearly business planning, based on platform phasing & brand campaign phasing.
3. Product strategy & planning between Store & KOL, aligned with brand campaign focus.
4. Improve store living streaming by space design, anchor training, product selection and media efficiency.
5. Manage In-site paid media and improve invest efficiency by content quality.
6. Enhance KOL live streaming business, enlarge more KOL cooperation, create new product mix and cooperation models.
7. Precise TA operation, to achieve new/retention target.
8. Negotiate with platform to get good resources such as IP etc.
9. Lead & manage DP to make good execution to deliver brand KPI and business target.
10. Capable to lead project execution, work well with internal functions such as mkt\ e-mkt \ trainee \ product \logistic team to achieve DY target.
11. Budget control and optimize expense for target delivery.
12. Lead regular analysis & report, to conclude and adjust YTG plan based on learning.
1. Bachelor or master degree required;
2. Over 5 years with solid experience in Ecommerce, above 1 year experience in douyin;
3. Experience in beauty industry or cosmetics related brand is a plus
4. Skillful in EC operation, familiar with Douyin platform;
5. Excellent communication skills;
6. Clear logic & data analysis, PPT & Excel skill required;
7. Fluent command of English in both spoken and written
