•Manage A&M process( PO/GR, etc) in the SAP system

•Closely interface with Finance department on payment status tracking

•Screen the contract and new vendor application according to finance policy

•Facilitate agency management and evaluation process

•Filing A&M contracts soft copy

•Update preferred vendor list for management review

•Regularly analyze the difference between A&M budget / Actual expense for management team review

•Manage and maintain the SAP system user setting

•Coordinate with Marketing and Finance department to solve any A&M related issues

•Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating

•Understanding of PEP Bev SAP system and A&M control process
