A. Accountabilities
- Ensure HR Policy and Process Robustness:
· Promote, review and amend Company HR policies and procedures on all personnel matters under manager and lawyer’s instruction and advice to ensure Company HR policies and procedures are fully accessible.
· Assist in undertaking appropriate consultation with individuals, trade unions and managers; to provide information and advice on Human Resources policies and process implementation.
· Deliver policies, process regarding HR China company management including Employee Handbook, Internal Regulations, Employment contract, daily rules, regulations, etc.
· Maintain HR legal knowledge and observe all statutory and local policy compliance in the undertaking of all responsibilities to provide suggestion on employment issues and HR business development
· Full support to HRBP and function HR team on HR communication that relevant to labour law.
· Support HR Assistant to formulate HR KPI and dashboard tool and reporting principle.
· Assist with other HR related jobs/projects when required.
- Drive Ethic and Compliance in HR Operations:
· Establish Ethic and Compliance roadmap for HR in China, and follow-up on the implementation
· Promote Ethic and Compliance culture in HR team and HR operations
· Responsible for the preparation and support of the delivery of Ethic and Compliance audit in HR part
B. Main activities
- Process and Policy
· Map all HR policies and follow up on related policy establishment & update
· In charge of the issuance of legal template and business communication documents
· Drive HR process improvements in each CoE functions, whilst manage HR traversal project
· Communicate with HR internal stakeholders (i.e., HRBPs) to better understand the business needs
· Communicate with legal team and external consultants to better understand labour law and updates from the government
· Communicate with quality / lean team to support the process improvements in HR
- Ethic and Compliance
· Communicate with compliance team in both central and local
· Embed ethic and compliance into HR daily operations and process
· Promote on Ethic and Compliance culture within the team
· Receive feedback from HR team and biz to improve the HRIS
· Manage new / change requests of HRIS authorization to ensure compliance and GDPR

Qualifications Requirements:
· Above 5 years’ experience in MNC in HR management, with deep understanding and hands-on ability of local labor practices and legislation in China.
· Degree in Human Resources management or law
· Good communication (both written and spoken) skills in both Chinese and English.
· Excellent interpersonal and influencing skill.
· Structural thinking, initiative, result oriented
