Job Responsibilities
This role is responsible for IT internal/external communication and IT core programs/projects change management, to promote effective and efficient digital transformation.
IT PMO Change Management
•Establish and maintain IT Change management(CM) framework, design and implement IT CM plans based on IT digital vision and mission.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes in alignment with IT product development goals.
•Analyze stakeholders, develop different communication plans and organize corresponding CM activities including but not limited to business interview, training, workshop, offline event.
•Assess the impact of changes on employees, clients, and other stakeholders, and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
•Conduct Change Impact Assessments to identify potential risks and challenges associated with the implementation of IT products.
•Collaborate with project teams to ensure Business Readiness by assessing the organization's readiness to accept and adopt changes, and develop plans to address any gaps.
•Support the precipitation of digital achievements using the methods such as video, playbook and knowledge base.
•Conduct training sessions and workshops to build awareness and competence in using new tools and technologies.
•Analyze feedback from end-users and stakeholders to continuously improve change management processes and strategies.
•Monitor key performance indicators and success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
•Other work related to change management.
Competencies and Skills:
•Excellent change management thinking and digital transformation mindset
•Experience of project management and agile management knowledge
•Experience of basic IT knowledge (To C/To B Systems Related)
•Capabilities of leading changes
•Embodies a can-do attitude, possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, demonstrates a proactive approach with a strong entrepreneurial sense.
•Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
•Team player
•MS Office skills – Intermediate to advanced (Word, PPT, Excel &Outlook)
•Good at documentation and process setup.
•Excellent communication (Verbal / Written) skills in English.
Job Requirement
•A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
•Experience working with IT team in a day-to-day environment
•Previous working experience in Jira & Confluence is advantageous
•Better to have Prosci, PMP, CSM, ACP certification
•Knowing some design tools will be very welcome
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•High degree of Empathy is a plus
