In your new role you will:

•Discover opportunities from technical point of view: Drive the process to detect opportunities at customers. Engage with technical experts of customers, understand current and future technical challenges.

•Technical offering: Review application block diagrams and provide technical support. Understand customer requirements and provide solutions.

•Act as bridge between internal marketing, sales , across segments and external customers and distributors, with profound stakeholder management to support strategy implement.

•Take ownership and strive for innovation to deploy our product to system strategy.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

•A bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics/Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field, master is preferred.

•Hands-on experience on power device and related automotive application development, Knowledge in working with high tech lab instrumentation.

•Basic understanding in automotive system e.g. E/E architecture, motor systems, DCDC converter etc.

•Preferably, experience on software, IC concept or development.

•An excellent command of English and Chinese language skills, good in customer communication.
