- You manage a project team without direct supervisory responsibility

- You determine projects' scope with all stakeholders inside and outside of the company

- You develop and follow project plans, (schedule, resource, and financial)

- You monitor progress of projects, ensuring that milestones are achieved and providing reporting to leadership

- You lead cross-functional and international Project Teams from

- Manufacturing, Quality, Design, Development, & Purchasing to bring new product into production

- You support plant production preparation activities.

- You are responsible for customer projects, supporting RFQ and quotation process, and communicating with customers

- You evaluate project results including confirmation of project deliverables and coordinate lessons learned, opportunities for improvement for future project teams.

- You work with SAP and our project management database (PWX) to track the status of projects at different stages, and/or create summary reports

- BSc or more, Mechatronics, Electrical or Automotive Engineering

- English or German as preferred

- At least 3 years of Project Mgmt. experience in automobile branch
