•- Build up and maintain the right capabilities of the employees in his chapter (simulation, data analysis), equipping them with the skills, tools and standard approach to deliver functional excellence, and ensuring that they are focused on delivering value to the business.

•- Regular review of strategic competences for the chapter area

•- Provides state-of-the-art know-how for the employees of the chapter by competence evaluation, input for curricula assignments and training on the job.

•- Organizes reviews and where necessary, weekly chapter exchange.

•- Define "how things are done", ensure quality of work.

•- Assist members in complex technical topics.

•- Master degree or above, majoring in Mechanical background

•- More than 6 years working experience in simulation field (MBD or FEA)

•- Experience in test design and operation

•- Experience in Design for Reliability or Vibration Analysis is preferred

•- Good at one of the following simulation softwares: Abacus, Ansys, Adams, and familiar with the rest

•- Good communication and presentation skills, be able to interpret and illustrate complex technical and theoretical topics

•- Good English
