1. Draw up (year, quarter, month) monthly sales plan, decompose target, promote achievement;

2. Be responsible for guiding, inspecting, supervising and inspecting the sales work of shopping malls; daily maintenance of partners;

3. Establishment of store assessment objectives and performance management

4. Collect market information, market trends and hot spots; report regularly
