Fully understanding and implementing brand & channel specific trade marketing strategies and plans
• Leading promotion team to synergize offline channel trade campaigns and promotion plans, help both online &offline of retailer to surpass Channel Market and help brand grow in sustainable way.
• More business sense on top door productivity improvement and new door plan.
• Analyzing business status, competitors and market, and developing more effective or efficient processes and promotion strategies.
• Developing and executing the trade marketing annual & monthly trade promotion plan and rolling out efficient trade promotions in collaboration with operation teams.
• Designing promotion mechanism and allocating promotion resources by trade campaign, monitoring promotion progress and evaluating each mechanism’s efficiency.
• Manage promotion materials (trail size, after-purchase gifts, wrapping materials), including demand forecast, vendor sourcing and budget management.
• Monitoring and studying competitors and market trend and develop monthly intelligence report to provide inspiring insights for growth.
• Assessing line manager to build a high efficient team. Motivating and coaching N-1 as they work with high engagement and consistent passion. Helping team members succeed in each career path.
• Market visit regularly to know front-line’s requirements and conceptualizing how to improve executions.
• At least 6+ years’ working experience in TMKT function, prefer promotion experience in beauty industry;
• team management experience with excellent leadership skills;
• Good project management and multi-task management skills;
• Good communication and cooperation both internally and externally;
• Proactive, passionate and self-motivator;
• Ability to think creatively and agility to deal with changeable circumstances;
• Excellent beauty sense;
• Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with excel, PPT .
