•Responsible for FEA calculation and experiment of NVH, static strength, dynamic strength, impact, creep and random vibration based on all product of electrical drives;负责电机类产品NVH,静态强度,动态强度,冲击,疲劳寿命,蠕变,随机振动等有限元仿真分析与实验;
•Run the modal calculation and EMA for the electrical drives product, validate the FEA model based on the EMA and SOR;负责电机产品模态分析与EMA,基于实验结果对有限元分析模型进行验证;
•Run the material mechanical property test, build up the material property data base;进行材料性能测试实验,建立相关材料属性数据库;
•Cooperation with EU colleagues, review with them on the simulation report ;与欧洲仿真部门协同工作,论证仿真结果;
•Training for the other colleagues of design department ;针对设计部门进行有限元分析仿真培训;
•Master degree or above in Mechanical Engineering/Solid mechanical/Structural mechanical/Vehicle engineering/ Thermal energy and power engineering or related;硕士以上学历(机械工程, 固体力学,结构力学,车辆工程,热能与动力工程或相关专业);
•Familiar with NVH , static strength, dynamic strength, impact analysis, fatigue life cycle evaluation, creep and random calculation, vibration test and related specification.熟悉NVH,静态强度,动态强度,冲击,疲劳寿命,蠕变,随机振动等有限元仿真分析与实验,以及振动试验与规范;
•Familiar with FEA software, prefer to the ABAQUS and ANSA. Programming and software secondary development is preferred;熟悉一种到两种有限元分析软件,ABAQUS与ANSA最佳;有编程和软件二次开发能力者优先;
•Knowledge of understanding for the electromagnetic theory;有一定的电机电磁理论基础;
•Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.英语流利,能进行口头和书面交流
