主要职责 Main Responsibility:

1) Managing of customer projects in the Business Unit Springs and Stabilizers for national and international locations;

2) Defining of project targets and scopes in cooperation with the project sponsor;

3) Setting-up of a project structure, arranging the communication channels and responsibilities as well as managing resources in coordination with the Line Manager;

4) Planning, monitoring and managing of the project implementation;

5) Responsible for project results and budget compliance;

6) Technical and commercial change management;

7) Documentation and reporting of project progress, escalation of critical issues and preparation of decision memos;

8) Assuring an adequate project documentation;

9) Representing the project within the company and to the outside (e.g. Customers, suppliers);

10) Any other tasks as assigned.

任职要求Qualification：

1) Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Industrial Engineering;

2) At least three years’ work experience in the automotive sector as project manager role, work experience abroad desirable;

3) Use of instruments and methods of project management, experience in materials and process engineering in steel processing, knowledge in chassis/wheel suspension technology;

4) Fluent in both of written and oral English
