职位描述

1.Product marketing:

1)Collect and analyze market and competitor information to better understand market trends, competitor movements and consumer needs

2)Collaborate with Japan HQ in defining franchise JTBD, mix craftsmanship, and deciding product 6p relevant to local market

3)Deliver communication message and assets to local market

4)Regular business tracking and review for tangible actions in business improvement

2.Integrated communication campaign:

1)Implement new launches or rejuvenation with clear campaign objective/strategy/cadence

2)Execute with integrated knowledge in digital/social/ec/tmkt/crm/pr/vmd/training/retail

3)Clearly review and proactively optimize with growth mindset

3.DTC e-marketing

1)Develop marketing positioning and annual plan for DTC channel.

2)Develop innovative ideas in DTC to have marketing achievements, and support sales.

3)Key executive of DTC marketing initiatives incl. but not limited to media, social, and creative projects.

4.Collaborative engagement with cross functions

1)Proactively cooperate with cross functions (internal & external) for resource synergy

2)Engage with cross functions in daily work with team spirit and growth mindset

5.Budget Management and other administration work

任职条件

Competency / 能力

- Experience: End to End, incl. product marketing, integrated communication campaign

- Capability: communication skills, multi-task management, learning agility, business rigorous

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc. / 资格证书・学历・经验等

Proficient in English (verbal/ written) and Microsoft Office

Other Requirements / 其他要求

- Beauty industry is a plus

- E2E experience is a plus

- DTC experience is a plus
