A. Accountabilities
● Responsible for delivering projects within time,
scope, cost and quality objectives and to customer satisfaction for the Rate
increase. Responsible for managing project stakeholder relationships as well as
customer expectations.
B. Main activities
● Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
● Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations).
● Manage different stakeholders by strong self-motivation and responsibilities, especially in uncertainties situation to move the project forward, to be as problem solver.
● Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt. Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management. Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
