••Closely work together with global innovation center and research partners to develop new Dermo-Cosmetic products.

•Follow projects from prototype development through manufacturing with support from R&D partners. Ensure the timely completion of product development activities with high quality.

•Lead and coordinate all formula testing, including but not limited to stability, rheology, safety, clinical and consumer study to make sure the product is technically ready and superior for consumers.

•Anticipates potential formulation challenges and proactively collaborate with multiple functional teams on troubleshooting and resolve problems.

•Remain abreast and curiosity on industry trend and consumer need, be able to leverage in-depth knowledge of the scientific principles of formulation, ingredient chemistry and dermatology insight trend to deliver innovative products, explore innovative ideas to meet the un-met consumer needs.

•Regularly track and share the industry, ingredient and product trend with CIC team, and further share with GIC and other innovation center. (for senior candidates)

•Responsible for the Safety, Healthy and Environment of the formulation laboratory. May assist with training technician or temporary staff in laboratory procedures. (for senior candidates)

•Source specific Raw material for Chinese products needs and follow the global process for homologation in partnership with Headquarter.

•Bachelor’s degree or above, in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering or Pharmacy related.

•5+ years cosmetic product development experience. (8+years’ experience for senior candidates)

•Extensive experience of formulation and problem solving.

•Strategic thinking, strong communication, team working.

•Able to manage multiple projects, design experiments to resolve formulation problems.

•With basic knowledge of cosmetic regulation of China and other Asian markets.
