职位描述

Should have more sense of respoinsibility . Loyal to the work, Gazes at guest and member’s tendency and safe, know the mian and secondry area, maintains no drowing and other Dangerous situation. Guards against primaritly , take rescues auxiliary.

要有高度的责任感, 忠于职守, 密切注视会员和客人的动态与安全, 上岗时应清楚自己所在的负责的主责区和次责区,做到游泳馆无溺水现象及其他危险情况发生,坚持以防为主,以救为辅

1.Command lifesaving skill, to achieve the technology and lifesaving level perfect.

掌握救生技能,做到技术精湛,救护水平过硬。

2.Observes the lifesaving system strictly: No escape the area、 no sleep 、no chat, Maintains main and Secondary area safe. Has the peculiar circumstance to have by on-duty person in charge to authorize only then to leave. Leaves the pool in temporarily must told mutually clearly.

严格遵守救生制度,不拖岗,不睡觉,不闲聊,明确主责区及次区绝对安全,有特殊情况须经当班负责人批准方可离开。暂时离开泳池必须互相交代清楚。

3.Greeting the member and guest inchoative, Civilization and manner, no shirk responsibility

主动和会员及客人打招呼,文明礼貌待人。做到会员有问必答,不推脱责任。

4.Cleaning the sanitation of the pool immediately. After evening had finished carries on cleans thoroughly. Aware maintenance sanitation.

及时对泳池内卫生进行清洁工作,晚上结束后进行彻底打扫,自觉维护泳池卫生。

5.The lifeguard should be ready for every day lifesaving notes, to check the lifesaving equipment when passing work on to the next shift, and sign out.

救生员要认真做好每天的救护记录,交班时需检查救生器材等一切完好,手续清楚,并签字确认。

6.Some exceed lifeguard terms of reference but happen Report to manager immediately, Conceal what one knows of a case according the Regulation to punished.( Such as: pick upa valuable)

如出现一些超出救生员职权范围而发生的现象,应及时向经理汇报,知情不报者按本酒店有关规定处罚。

7.Slight or general drowning phenomenon happened, to checked is negligence, lifesaving no in time according the Regulation to punished and Undertake responsibility

对发生轻微或一般溺水现象,经查是由于救生员疏忽,不到位,救护不及时,除负责应有的责任按本酒店有关规定给与处罚。

8.The guest and members calling for help or Seeing somebody in danger and doing nothing case Heavy casualties. the lifeguard will bear all legal liability。

会员及客人发生呼救或见死不救造成会员人身重大伤亡事故的,救生员将承担一切法律责任。

9.Find that the guest or guest after drinking or body is indisposed. Then to restrain guest。

及时发现饮酒或身体不适合的会员和客人,并进行制止。

10.The emergency use swimming pool emergency telephone to hotel management 。

紧急情况使用泳池应急电话拨打酒店魔法中心电话报告酒店管理层。

11.To maintain a high guest service focus and excellent rapport by approaching the job with the guests always in mind and being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and requests as detailed in the Hilton Brand Architecture section the Spirit of The Individuality Program handout.

随时保持警惕性,具有责任心,保证所有设施及器材正常运作,确保客人有舒适安全的体验,确保员工能在安全的环境中工作。

14.To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guest with a warm, friendly and genuine smile.

15.To prepare and ensure the bottles of mineral water and towels are sufficient.

16.To ensure that all activities and job functions are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.

17.To monitor the water level and chlorine. Report to Recreation Supervisor for any issue.

检测水压及氯气含量,及时向康乐部主管报告。

18.To actively introduce guest our spa and health club membership cards.

主动向客人介绍水疗中心和健身中心的会员卡。

19.To attend to all malfunctioning equipment and follow ups. Issue work order for maintenance

issues.

注意出故障的设备并跟进其维修事宜。

20.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。

任职条件

1.Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect and analyze accurate information and resolve conflicts.

擅长于处理宾客关系,能快速有效的应对各种问题。

2.Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

能在强压下胜任工作。

3.Minimum 2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

至少两年的工作经验或相关技能的学习。

4.Holds Life Guard Certificate.

具有救生员证。
