The key responsibility of this role is leading team to design and development learner-centered learning interventions to address organization capability development needs, through a variety of learning modalities, which may include in-person classroom training, virtual instructor-lead training, social learning or on-demand digital learning and also action learning projects etc.
What are we looking for?
•Bachelor's degree or above, extensive experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Expert / Certificate of Instructional Course Design
•Rich experience and convincing tracking record in training program design& development , esp. high-Impact leadership program for targeted groups
•Solid performance tracking record in a senior L&D role which need advanced senior stakeholder management in big-scale organization
•Early adopter of new learning technology/modality, has rich experience in program design and deployment through social learning, digital learning, Action learning, Team Coaching, AI-powered learning etc.
•Solid tracking record working with global function team to bring global program in China and establish the collaborative partnership
•Knowledge and experience of Design Thinking/UX practices
•Content curation experience, Coach curation experience preferred
What will be your key responsibilities?
•
1. Global Learning Solution involvement: Partner with MGSL Global Learner Experience team in New Demand review process, call out china uniqueness if there is and follow through to make sure global learning solution fit for China, OR the need/request of developing China-for-China solution is aligned with globe
2. China-for-China Learning solution development
Partner with key stakeholders ( Business SME, P&O BP, China SC lead etc.) to create innovative learner experiences by leveraging technology and designing learner-centered solutions through a variety of methods and channels,to meet China critical capability development needs. It may Include Building blended (classroom/virtual, 10/20/
70)learning experience, Curating Internal existing resources, Coaching SME to curate, Sourcing and purchasing off-the -shelf learning solutions provided by a vendor and Social Learning Solution to enable learners to practice and apply new skills, participate in discussions, receive feedback, collaborate and engage with mentors/experts, and Share learnings with GLobal MU community to determine if there are opportunities to scale beyond China.
3. Learning Culture Cultivation:
Lead the cultural shift towards "Always on Learning", building learning as a habit for solving problems and sharing knowledge. More specifically, develop the strategy for leveraging modalities such as user generated content, communities of practice etc to build capabilities and facilitate multi-directional learning amongst our associates.Lead team to continue the success of China My Mars U (CMMU), the digital learning platform operated by Mars U China. Bring the most relevant learning contents to support China learners development needs and drive the adoption through various fit-for-purpose promotion activities]
