主要职责 Main Responsibility:

1. Reduce the equipment downtime, technical support to maintenance technician.

降低设备的停机时间，现场维修技术员的技术支持

2. Understand and use maintenance records to establish and improve the standardization of equipment maintenance

理解和使用维护记录来建立和改善设备维护的标准化

3. Keep the spare parts in control, define the standard technical and safety stork. Buy new spare parts and replenish used parts.

保证备件的可控性，制定备件的技术标准以及安全库存。采购新的备件以及消耗的备件补库。

4. Understand the maintenance KPI, analysis and shoot the root cause for KPI failure.

理解维修的KPI指标，以及分析造成KPI不达标的根本原因，并且解决。

5. Understand the manufacturing process, and have the ability to debug all the production equipment

理解制造工艺流程，并有能力调试所有的生产设备

6. Be familiar with equipment maintenance, such as mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, possess knowledge of mechanical theory, have the ability of surveying parts, and be able to operate common machining equipments

熟悉主要生产设备的维修，例如机械，电气，气动，液压等故障的维修，具备机械理论知识，具备零件测绘能力，能操作常见的机加设备

7. Cooperate with equipment supplier for new machine installation

协调设备供应商进行新设备的安装工作

8. Cooperate with related departments to continue to improve

与相关部门合作进行持续改善

9. Maintain and update the maintenance documents

维护并更新维护文档

10. Solve and record troubleshooting documentation for troubleshooting

解决故障并记录故障解决文档

11. Other job arranged by your superior；

完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求Qualification：

1. Education & Major 学历与专业

Mechanical, electrical and related education background. College degree or above. Bachelor degree is a plus.

具有机械，电气及相关的教育背景. 大专或以上学历。本科学历优先。

2. Language 语言

Good communication in English both in oral and written.

良好的英文听说读写能力

3. Total Working Experience整体工作经验

With five years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair, furnace maintenance experience in advance, relevant maintenance work experience in the automotive parts industry, be skilled in mechanical assembly, repair, and maintenance

具有5年以上的设备维护与维修相关经验, 具备热处理维修经验最佳，具备汽车零部件行业相关维修工作经验，擅长机械组装，维修，保养

4. Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识

Familiar with CAD/ Inventor 、Solidworks 、Catia or other 3D/2D drawing software, be skilled in mechanical drawing

熟练使用CAD/Inventor 、Solidworks、Catia或者其他相关3D/2D的绘图软件，具备机械制图能力

5. Familiar with PLC for equipment debugging and PLC programming would be a plus

会使用PLC进行设备调试，熟悉PLC编程的优先（加分项）
