<p></p><p>Key Accountabilities</p><p>Market Supply and Demand Management</p><p>- Gather, analyze, and input key information concerning the different agricultural products into the S&D balance sheet</p><p>- Manage and keep the local S&D up to date. Discuss locally and with the different trading desks in Cargill global</p><p>- Connect with the different merchants on feed demand and analyze and report the impacts in the market.</p><p>Market Price Analysis</p><p>- Monitor the different agricultural products’ prices in key locations</p><p>- Maintain and analyze daily cash prices and correlate them with commodity exchange futures prices</p><p>- Report price changes in the various regions, more specifically on how price changes affect import and export economics.</p><p>Positions and Trading</p><p>- Assist the Trading Manager on covering different areas of risk management including but not limited to:</p><p>- Hedging cash purchases</p><p>- Trading futures</p><p>- Arbitrating between cash and futures, including delivery on the exchange</p><p>- Keep trading position spread sheet updated (Long and Short)</p><p>- Keep Cargill global trading team fully informed on major developments in the China commodity exchanges, cash markets and general environment in China</p><p>- Write daily recaps on the different commodities traded</p><p>- Write weekly recaps for the Chinese Risk Meeting on the different commodities traded</p><p>Import/Export business</p><p>- Daily communication with Cargill global trading teams and customers regarding market developments</p><p>- Conduct agency business for the different agricultural products</p><p>- Work together with other function teams to manage market and customer risk</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Minimum Qualifications</p><p>- 2025 fresh graduates, master degree preferred</p><p>- Financial, economic, science and engineering majors preferred</p><p>- Strong analytical skills and commercial sense</p><p>- Proven numerical agility</p><p>- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills</p><p>- Willing to step forward with new ideas and challenge status quo</p><p>- Acting with conviction and integrity</p><p>- Result oriented and accountable</p><p>- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, written and verbal</p>
