1. Supplier`s quality 供应商质量

 - Pre-supplier selection and regular supplier process audit (during project phase, quality problems, customer, etc.)

 - Supplier`s communication and especially quality-/ technical support and lead during the whole "product development process [PEP]" (from aquation phase until EOP) 产品整个生命周期供应商沟通和质量/技术支持

- work for cross-plant supplier`s related quality issues 跨工厂供应商质量问题解决

 - Lead and ensure the APQP-planning at the supplier 主导供应商项目开发计划

 - Ensure the product maturity level at the supplier/ TK-Bilstein plants 保证供应商开发的产品成熟度

 - Be responsible for monitoring of the supplier`s quality-, production-, process- and administration performance

负责监控供应商的产品和过程质量的表现

 - Definition and control of Q-objectives/ Q-agreements with the supplier and TK-Bilstein plants

定义和控制供应商质量目标/质量协议的达成

 - Initiate, validate and control corrective and preventive actions from the supplier 控制，认可供应商改善措施的执行

 - Assure supplier`s lessons learned implementation 确保经验教训得到实施

 - Report and documentation 报告和记录

2. Supplier´s approvals 供应商批准

 - Support the TK-Bilstein plants for all supplier approvals (PPAP/ EMPB) 支持工厂的供应商批准

 - Lead and release/ reject supplier approvals - Cataloge of Criteria, Run & Rate, VDA 6.3 Audit

主导供应商放行的审核， 包括新供应商审核，产能审核，过程审核。

 - Release or reject of supplier`s process-/ components-/ product purchased by us

放行或拒绝供应商的产品及过程

 - Communicate with supplier for supplier´s release 和供应商沟通放行事宜

3. Supplier complaint management/ 顾客抱怨管理

 - Support the TK-Bilstein plant Quality planner and in case of quality issues, high risk or rather escalated topics

支持TKB工厂质量策划中出现质量问题，高风险点和升级管理事宜

 - Support/ initiate counteractions (special release, sorting, reworking) in case of quality problems of purchased parts

出现供应商质量问题时，支持/发起围堵对策

 - Support internal Quality planner and the supplier for root cause analysis in case of quality problem during per-serial and serial production 量产过程中，对供应商质量问题主导更本原因分析

4. Others/ 其它

 - Plan and conduct internal product and process readiness audits 策划并实施内部产品和过程以及客户审核

 - Temporary tasks which delegated by the direct supervisor 直接主管委派的临时任务

- University degree or above/ 本科或以上程度

- Good skills in English/ 良好的英语运用能力

- At least three years of experience in supplier quality assistance (preferred in a related commodity) and one year in automotive industry.

- Familiar with quality tools (e.g. 8D, 5why, fishbone…)

- Know well about APQP,PPAP,MSA,FMEA,SPC

- Understanding of IATF 16949 standard & related experience

- Expert in VDA6.3 audit
