esponsibilities:

• Responsible for completing Aircraft exterior Painting.

• Responsible for defined Aircraft corrosion protection work.

Main Activities:

A. Surface Preparation

• Cleaning surfaces (use of various cleaners and solvents)

• Activation (sanding surfaces -–grades of abrasives)

• Tapping and masking

B. Painting

• Use of spray gun with different lacquers (metallic and high-solid)

• Use of high transfer paint spray equipment

• Application of color systems with spray gun

• Disassemble/reassemble and clean spray equipment

• Sanding -–polishing (using various abrasives & compounds)

• Final cleaning

• Touching up

• Spraying large surfaces

• Logo application/localization

C. Rework and Repair

• Handling of highly complex touch-up & repair paint procedures

D. Corrosion Protection Painting and Sealant

• Painting Aircraft parts ;

• Apply sealant;

• Apply Corrosion Protection Chemical;

• Find out NC and report in time

• Responsible for his own work with high quality

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Above 2 years related working experience in corrosion and painting.

• High flexibility (night shift) and willing to support colleagues

• Good knowledge and skills in corrosion and painting.

• Good at English reading, speaking and writing.

• Self-motivated and self-directed

• With High energy to take heavy burden work

• Can work at small space

• Can operate chemical without irritability

• Team sprite member

• Sometimes OT is required
