1.In charge of mass products reliability qualification, risk assessment, lot release test, customer special requirement

2. In charge of Lab LED measurement equipment process definition and equipment maintenance, deviation analysis and improvement activity

3.In charge of Lab assembly measurement equipment process definition, deviation analysis and improvement activity

4. In charge of creation documents to meet ISO17025 management and update

5. In charge of new engineers, technician, QC training

6.Cross sites communication

负责LED量产产品可靠性测试，风险评估可靠性测试及客户的特殊要求测试

负责实验室LED参数测试系统流程制定，设备维护及异常分析和改进相关事宜

负责实验室LED PCB 组装线新设备的需求评估，采购， 架设，流程制定，设备维护及异常分析和改进相关事宜

根据ISO17025的要求编写实验室的一些文件及更新

负责实验室新员工的培训

跨实验室交流

Key Responsibility (主要职责)

Responsible for reliability tests items verification according to AEC-Q102 standard and alignment with QE

Responsible for Lab burn-in process management and program verification and deviation analysis and improvement activities, such as TC, PTC, SSLT, THB......

Responsible for the consumable inventory in the lab/ under area of responsibility.

Responsible for QM Lab software upgrade related cases.

Responsible for ISO 17025 requirement documents compile and update.

Responsible for a group of QC's daily work management

Responsible for new hires on the job training and supervision

Responsible towards dept and process KPI

Regular review and update internal document by latest international standard.

根据AEC-Q102标准负责可靠性测试项目的验证，并与QE达成一致

负责实验室老化过程管理和程序验证，偏差分析和改进活动，如TC, PTC, SSLT, THB......

负责实验室/职责范围内消耗品的库存。

负责质量管理实验室软件升级相关案例。

负责ISO 17025要求文件的编写和更新。

负责QC组的日常工作管理。

负责新员工的上岗培训和监督。

对部门和流程KPI负责。

根据最新国际标准定期审阅内部文件并更新

Qualification (任职者要求)

1.大学本科及以上学历，半导体、电子、物理、化学等工科专业，bachelor’s degree or above, major in semiconductor, electronics, physics, chemistry, or other engineering.

2. 三年以上可靠性分析工作经验，at least 3 years’ experience in reliability test engineering.

3. 良好的英文书面及口语水平，能使用英文撰写邮件及工作报告，Good English level both written and oral, able to write emails and work reports in English is must.

4. 具有一定的项目管理和人员管理能力 with project and people management ability
