Responsibility:

• Be responsible for new product testing, data analysis, test equipment maintenance, develop and test tooling and fixtures and production line problem solving

Task:

工作职责:

• Develop and maintain manufacturing test process (procedure, work instruction and forms) for transducers.

开发和维护汽车音响的生产测试程序(程序，工作指导书和表格)。

• Working closely with corporate test engineering group to design, specify and implement test equipment.

与公司测试工程团队紧密合作，设计、指定和实施测试设备。

• Design and fabricate test tooling and fixtures to support new product launches and continuous improvement activities.

设计和制造测试工装和夹具，以支持新产品上市和持续改进活动。

• Responsible for collecting test data per established procedures and create/maintain test limits per part number on base line and finishing cells.

• Establish & perform preventative maintenance activities on test equipment, tooling and fixtures.

• Provide production line support in day to day operations i.e. test equipment and program trouble shooting.

• Develop and perform annual calibration on test equipment.

• Provide training and trouble shooting support to production related to acoustic test results.

Specialist qualifications:

专业要求:

• Education: Electrical or Audio Engineering Degree

教育背景:电子或音频工程专业本科及以上学历

• Minimum 5 years experience in automotive parts manufacturing environment.

至少5年汽车零部件制造行业工作经验。

• Knowledge with acoustic testing, Soundcheck test equipment and software is a pluses.

熟悉声学测试, Soundcheck测试设备和软件视为加分项。

• Working knowledge of electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic concepts is pluses.

具有电子、电气、机械、液压和气动概念的工作知识视为加分项。

• Ability to understand and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, diagrams, engineering specifications and operating instructions.

能够理解和解释蓝图，机械图纸，图表，工程规范和操作说明。

• Familiarity with Windows based computer software applications. And ability to learn basic DOS operating system.

熟悉基于Windows的计算机软件应用。具有学习基本DOS操作系统的能力。

• Understood English Skills, communication's ideas clearly and logically
