What will be your key responsibilities?

•

1. Manage the material requirement planning, production planning and scheduling, both long term

and short term for domestic factories produced products.

2. Work closely with demand team to understand the demand pattern and fluctuation for domestic

SKUs and translate into production requirement in the system and release to factory by

considering CSL, inventory level, production stability and factory resource.

3. Place the purchase order to the raw and packs vendors on the timely basis to support the

production requirements and monitor the PO status by closely working with commercial team

and vendors to ensure the on-time in full delivery.

4. Place the purchase order to the co-manufacturer for the finished goods on the timely basis and

ensure the on-time in full delivery by working with vendors and Mars internal functions.

5. Manage and monitor the right level of R&P inventory level by considering the production

requirement and cost balance.

6. Highlight risks & opportunities to the business and could drive the actions to mitigate the risks

and realize the opportunities.

7. Lead MRP and production planning functional excellence, in method, process, and the system;

8. Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Activity Management team to support domestic new

products launching and post launch review.
