职位描述

•- Responsible for AC-AP Digital Marketing strategic topics, eg, drive AC digital topics implementation on regional level, build & develop AP digital marketing strategy according to AC central marketing directions, collaborate with RBD / CBD and other BU on behalf of AC in terms of FSS, BDO topics, BEconnect, etc

•- Marketing Campaign tracking on AP level based on strong data analytic ability, bring recommendation based on marketing data across country to ensure campaign success, KPI fulfilled & regional marketing activities optimized

•- Drive AC-AP user centric marketing approach on regional level, support CSO to analyze data to understand user/customer behavior & preference, making channel effectiveness, diagnose customer experience problems, identify marketing opportunities and measure the impact of marketing initiatives, come up with solutions to constantly improve campaign result

•- Support AP regional marketing decision making by delivering data-driven insight along the entire user journey

任职条件

•- Master degree, proven track record in Sales & Marketing, ideally in global product marketing

•- Deep market, user and product knowledge;

•- Leadership skills: Passionate and positive leader, role model and coach;

•- Intercultural experience;

•- Strong communicator – on all hierarchy levels

•- High decision-making and result orientation

•- Strong analytical and methodological skills

•- Excellent English, written and spoken
