About the Job
This position will provide support to China local team. We are searching for a detail-oriented person with excellent follow-through skills who is able to maintain confidentiality, be highly effective in a team environment, and help support a productive environment. Individual must be able to communicate well with all levels of management locally and globally. While not all inclusive, key responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining senior leaders’ calendar and organizing meeting
- Coordinating travel – including airlines, hotels, ground transportation and meals
- Preparing, checking, submitting expense statements, and managing purchases
- Providing support for daily team admin support, such as planning and coordinating internal and external meetings & events; maintain team calendar and travel plan; employee celebrations
- Play governance and manage team SharePoint and shared drive
- Provide local support for overseas visitors
- Assisting with formatting Power Point presentations
- Building and maintaining organizational charts for the worldwide organization
- Coordinating with other corporate functions, inventors and external agencies or service providers
Qualifications - External Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, with 1-3 years working experience will be a plus
- Expertise using productivity software tools: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent ethics and integrity; demonstrated ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
Preferred skillset:
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
- Excellent team player
- Highly self-driven and adaptable; detailed oriented
- Independent thinker; able to drive through ambiguity and drive solution
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
