In your new role you will:

1.Provide technical support of infineon high power products (IGBT/SiC chip/module, gate driver) as well as system level support to customers in GC for xEV application

2.Support to solve problems during customer product design

3.Collect market information and feedback HQ the market requirement sand trend

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1.Bachelor/Master degree

2.>5 year experience in automotive semiconductor

3.Hands-on experience on IGBT/SiC in xEV applications, such Main Inverter, OBC, DCDC etc.

4.Solid knowhow about power electronics device physics (IGBT, SiC etc.), electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs etc.

5.Solid knowledge about module/discrete design and inter connect technologies

6.EMC/EMI experience is preferred

7.Concept of ISO26262 is preferred

8.Good customer communication/presentation skills

9.Fluently speaking & writing in English

10.Team work, High-level of self-discipline and innovative

11.Willingness to travel
